Formal identification has yet to take place. However, the family of a missing 27-year-old man from the area have been informed.
The death is not currently being treated as suspicious, and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
Cameron Williams was last seen in the Derringstone Downs area of Barham, near Canterbury, at about 1.15pm on January 2.
Police released a succession of appeals describing Mr Cameron as 5ft 10” with close-cut hair and brown facial stubble.
