Commuters heading home from work and visitors to Belfast’s newest restaurant were treated to a visual and audio spectacular to commemorate the new launch of BBQ22
The latest addition to The Zen Restaurant Group, BBQ22 opened its doors to the public on Tuesday after conducting a launch on Monday. The launch featured the Pei De Lion Dance group from Dublin, which included vibrant costumes and traditional drummers.
The performers welcomed people into the new premises which is situated upstairs from its sister restaurant, Dumpling Library in St Anne’s Square. The popular Belfast location also contains the group’s House of Zen premises which demonstrates the business’s desire to put its stamp on food options in the area.
The group also owns the Zen eatery, which is situated at Enterprise House, on Adelaide Street. The latest addition to the company, BBQ22, promises an authentic Korean BBQ experience.
The proprietors of the new BBQ22 said: “BBQ22 brings an authentic Korean BBQ dining experience to Belfast including premium cuts, traditional flavours, and fire-grilled cooking in a hands-on setting designed to be shared.”
According to its website, the new BBQ22 menu includes Korean BBQ, handcrafted cocktails, and exquisite desserts.
