Vue Bromley cinema prepares for packed festive weekend - UK Daily: Tech, Science, Business & Lifestyle News Updates



Festive filmgoers in Bromley are set for a packed weekend at the Vue Cinema with a multitude of blockbuster family favourites, musical treats, and late-night shockers.

The action begins on Friday, December 26, and extends to Sunday, December 28.

With a range of films including the new blockbuster Avatar: Fire and Ash, there’ll be something for everyone at the Vue cinema.

Avatar: Fire and Ash will be showing at a range of times throughout the day, including 11am, 11.45am, 12.55pm, 1.45pm, 3.15pm, 5.40pm, 6.15pm, 7.30pm, 8.45pm, 10.10pm, 10.35pm, and 11pm.

The magic continues into the weekend with younger viewers able to enjoy Zootropolis 2, available at 10.45am, 1.30pm, or 3.40pm, or The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants at 10.30am, 11.30am, 2pm, or 4.20pm.

Saturday sees a fresh start with Anaconda screening from as early as 8.30am, and offering an over-18s viewing at 11.15pm.

Zootropolis 2 trains its young crowd at 9.15am, 10.45am, 11.50am, 2.25pm, 5pm, and 8.10pm, while the popular Avatar: Fire and Ash dominates the screen from 9.30am, including multiple 3D options.

Saturday introduces the horror sequel Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, showing at 9.45am.

The Housemaid can be enjoyed from 1.30pm, and the musical Wicked: For Good has morning and late showings at 10.10am and 10.10pm.

On Sunday, filmgoers can once again catch Anaconda from 8.40am, with an over-18s screening at 11.30pm.

Families can delight in Zootropolis 2 from 9.15am, with an autism-friendly session scheduled for 10.30am.

The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants resurfaces at 9am, with a run through to 4.20pm, including an open-captioned showing in the afternoon.

Avatar: Fire and Ash continues its reign from 9.30am, offering several 3D options until 10.40pm.

The Housemaid and Wicked: For Good provide both daytime and night-time slots, rounding out the Christmas weekend at Vue Bromley.

The Vue cinema offering a plethora of films across several genres and age ratings ensures a packed weekend of movie-going for all.

For those in search of a darker story, The Housemaid emerges an alternative, showing at 12pm, with additional evening times at 5.50pm, 8pm, and 9pm.

Horror fans can catch Silent Night, Deadly Night at 11.30pm.

For those who can’t get enough of musical numbers, Wicked: For Good will be available at 10.35am and 10.55pm.

Anaconda, the cult favourite thriller, will be available in regular showings through the afternoon and evening on December 26.

It will also have a midnight showing at 12am for over-18s, a treat for those who appreciate late-night adrenalin rushes.
