Harvinder Singh, 26, is said to have kept the counterfeit items at the property in Glasgow’s Priesthill on October 9, 2024.
Court papers state that Singh “sold goods” which “bore a sign” or would be “likely to be mistaken” for the brand Armani.

Singh faces a similar charges in relation to fragrances by Yves Saint Lauren, Dolce and Gabbana, Versace, Prada, Francis Kurkdijian, Dior, BLVGARI and Louis Vuitton.
He is also accused of possession of cannabis at the property,
Singh pleaded not guilty to the 11 charges at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
A further hearing was fixed for January by Sheriff Mark McGuire.
