Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward
An investigation has been launched after a Ramsgate cafe was targeted in a suspected break-in and burglary. The incident took place at Alison’s Sea View Cafe in the King George VI Park between 3pm on Monday, December 22 and 6.55am on Tuesday, December 23.
It has been alleged that suspects forced entry into the business and stole a large amount of produce. Kent Police patrols attended the scene and enquiries are now underway.
As the investigation continues, police are appealing for witnesses and those with information on this incident to get in touch. Anyone with information is urged to call the East Kent appeals line on 01843222289, quoting reference 46/218756/25.
Local residents with private CCTV or motorists with dashcam who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, are also asked to check for relevant footage.
