Some have been on the list for multiple years
As 2025 draws to a close, there are still 31 men and women currently sitting on Kent Police’s most wanted list. From those wanted on recall to prison, to others who are sought by police in connection with serious crimes, officers are appealing for the public’s help to locate these individuals.
All those who have been placed on the most wanted list are known to have connections to one or more Kent locations, including Dartford, Herne Bay, Sheppey, Margate, Medway and Canterbury.
Some are newer additions to the list, having only been added in recent days, while others have held a place among the most wanted for several years now.
The most recent addition is Sean Reed who is wanted for recall to prison and was added to the list on Monday, December 22. He is known to have links to Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey.
Kent Police has urged anyone with information on these men to get in touch with the force, or anonymously through Crimestoppers by calling on 0800 555111 or completing their online form. The most wanted list is updated regularly.

Wanted since December 20, 2025

James Barnes
Wanted since December 8, 2025

Wanted since December 3 2025

Wanted since September 26, 2019
Stephen Anderson is wanted by police in connection to incidents of fraud by false representation. These are said to have occurred in the Herne Bay area. Kent Police has urged anybody with information to contact them on 101 and quote reference 46/10010/19.
