Police were called to the crash involving three vehicles on the A26 in Tarring Neville around 2.45pm on Friday (December 26).
One of the vehicles overturned and minor injuries were reported, police said.
The road was temporarily closed while debris were cleared, and the vehicles were removed from the area.
Police have confirmed that no arrests were made.
The road was reopened at around 5pm that same day.
