Police are urging the public to keep their eyes out for a man missing from Swale, as concerns grow for his welfare. Andrew Rowe has connections to Faversham and Sittingbourne.
Andrew was reported missing on Sunday morning (December 21). He is 40, slim, and has curly black hair, slight stubble and a pierced eyebrow. He has a large tattoo on his right arm and is missing his middle finger on his right hand, said Kent Police.
Andrew is believed to be wearing a black coat, black and white chequered shirt, blue jeans and white trainers. He may be driving a black Vauxhall Corsa with a registration starting with AP58.
