Officers from the Greater Glasgow Divisional Violence Reduction Unit were out on patrol recently when they allegedly stopped a Vauxhall Zafira on Haggs Road in the Southside of the city.
While speaking with the driver, cops claim that that the female passenger, 42, decided to exit the vehicle and make a run for it before being quickly apprehended.
She was arrested on warrant for assault.
