Tell Us About incentify
incentifi is a wellness platform that transforms healthy habits into real-world rewards. We connect employee wellbeing with meaningful lifestyle value by linking everyday movement, mindfulness, and healthy behaviours to travel savings, cashback and digital gift card rewards, all within a closed-loop ecosystem.
Our mission is simple: help people move more, feel better, and stay motivated, while enabling businesses to build healthier, happier, more engaged teams. Employees earn points from wellness activities, steps, workouts, challenges or wearable integrations, and redeem them to earn cashback on travel bookings at wholesale rates or everyday spending. It’s wellness that people actually want to engage with, and rewards that genuinely make life better.
Why Do You Think the Sector Needed An Innovation Like This?
Traditional workplace wellbeing and reward schemes have barely evolved in a decade. They’re fragmented, uninspiring and offer generic “tick-box” perks that fail to drive long-term behaviour change, think sporadic yoga classes, one-off workshops or endless discounts that sit unused. Employees don’t need more perks. They need real incentives that tie healthy behaviour to meaningful value. incentifi solves this by creating a closed-loop rewards ecosystem where:
- Healthy habits unlock tangible financial wellbeing benefits
- Activity translates directly into real savings
- Movement reduces the cost of travel and everyday life
This approach generates emotional buy-in, increases adoption, and delivers measurable ROI for employers through reduced absenteeism, higher engagement, and better performance.
Wellness becomes a lifestyle, not a checkbox.
How Has incentify Grown In 2025?
2025 has been a foundational year for incentifi. We closed our first pre-seed round at a £4m valuation, bringing onboard a group of highly strategic investors, including James Hardy, Co-Founder and CFO of global health-tech brand Bioniq, who has joined incentifi as an advisor.
We also strengthened our product leadership with Chris Burns, JP Morgan product manager, ex-Marks & Spencer Mobile Lead, coming on board as an advisor. Chris has helped drive a full redesign of our UI/UX and shape our product roadmap. We now move into 2026 with a sharpened product, stronger advisory team, and a platform ready for scale.
What Does incentify Have in Store for 2026?
2026 is the year incentifi goes live. We’re launching our pilot programme in January with select employers across the UK, validating product-market fit, behaviour change impact, and commercial performance. Our focus for 2026 includes:
- Full UK launch following pilot success
- Expanding our partner ecosystem across travel, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle
- Building community through real-world events, run clubs, and brand collaborations
- Enhancing our rewards engine, introducing boosted points, streak rewards, and more
- Growing our advisory and leadership team as we prepare for a seed raise
- Exploring global expansion, with UAE identified as our next strategic market
2026 is about proving that wellbeing can be both meaningful for people and commercially powerful for businesses, plus scaling incentifi into a category-defining wellness ecosystem.
