A 22-year-old was arrested following a collision on Crumlin Road at the junction with Tennent Street
A suspected drink driver has been arrested after he and two other people were hospitalised following a collision in North Belfast.
The emergency services were called to the collision on Crumlin Road shortly after midnight on Wednesday, December 10, at the junction of Tennent Street.
Officers attended the scene and a 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a number of offences, including dangerous driving, driving with excess alcohol in breath and failing to remain at the scene of the accident, causing injury.

The 22-year-old was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries that he suffered in the collision, with two other people also attending the hospital.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police in north Belfast received a report at around 12.10 am on Wednesday, 10th December of a two-vehicle collision at the junction of Tennent Street and Crumlin Road. Officers attended, and a 22-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving with excess alcohol in breath and failing to remain at the scene of the accident, causing injury. He was further arrested on suspicion of failing to report where the accident occurred, causing damage and injury, and failing to stop where the accident occurred, causing injury.
