Major PropTech provider Reapit claims it can significantly reduce the time agents spend on pre-tenancy admin and training, thanks to a new integration.
Reapit, in partnership with HomeLet and Let Alliance, has fully integrated Vision+ into its CRM system, allowing agents to access tools like VISTA tenant referencing and pre-tenancy management features directly within the Reapit platform — without switching between systems.
According to Rightmove’s Q2 2025 Rental Trends Tracker, the average rental property now receives 11 enquiries, more than double the number in 2019. The National Residential Landlord Association also warns that landlords are at risk of applicants using forged documents, false employment details, and manipulated financial records. This means agents without the right tenant referencing technology must work harder to find and vet the best tenant for their landlords.
By using the Vision+ Reapit integration, agents get a subscription-free, automated process that mirrors the standard pre-tenancy stages. Each step is prompted during the normal lettings workflow within Reapit, including the applicant offer process, referencing, document checking, tenancy offer, and collection of move-in money, without switching platforms or duplicating data.
Across all of the subscription-free services offered by HomeLet and Let Alliance through their Vision+ Reapit integrations, agents can earn up to £300 per property per year. One area experiencing dramatic growth is the number of rent guarantee policies, increasing by over 400% year on year in both July and August, according to Reapit.
With the Renters’ Rights Bill due to become law soon, the PropTech firm says agencies are hedging against the risks of tenants not paying the rent. The HomeLet and Let Alliance policy is held by the agent and covers both landlord income and agency fees – a significant benefit that can be built into your service offering to both current and prospective landlords.
“It’s a tough market for our customers, every professional letting agent in the country has their eye on risk management, cost control, and revenue growth,” said Mike Dawson, Head of Sales at HomeLet and Let Alliance.
“Our platform is free to use. It provides agents with end-to-end pre tenancy management, and through our new strategic partnership, will provide that journey within the Reapit platform, removing the need to manage processes across both. Providing optimal value to letting agents is at the heart of what we do. This was very important to Reapit when deciding on who to partner with.”
“We know from conversations with customers and other agents that landlords are anxious about the changes the Renters’ Rights Bill will bring to the market,” explained Dr Neil Cobbold, Commercial Director at Reapit.
“The most important step is finding the right tenant, which is why we’ve partnered with HomeLet and Let Alliance to bring their powerful VISTA tenant referencing tech to Reapit through Vision+, in addition to their other high-value services. We know agents need tools that save time, reduce risk, and help them protect their income. This enhanced integration does all three, right where they need it: inside Reapit.”
