He is scheduled to appear at court for a further hearing on November 24.

He was remanded into custody.
At a previous hearing at Brighton Magistrates Court on September 12, prosecutor Joseph Lewis said it was over a “very minor drug debt”.
The court heard Joshua was stabbed in the back and side.
The boy accused of murder hugged his father after he was allowed to leave the dock for the hearing.
Wearing a grey sweatshirt and joggers, the boy was allowed to sit in court rather than the dock.
His mum wept as the boy spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth.
Prosecutor Joseph Lewis told the court that on September 10 the victim and a friend were walking to the train station when he was attacked.

The prosecutor said a knife was plunged into Joshua in his back and again in his side.
“This was a targeted and vicious attack over nothing more than a very minor drug debt.”
District Judge Amanda Kelly described his death as tragic and shocking.
British Transport Police released a tribute from Joshua’s family, who described him as a “cheeky chappie who was loved by many” and “taken far too soon”.
