Crawley Borough Council said that the rubbish outside the house in Britten Close, Crawley was reported to officers last night.
The council has said that it will be visiting the house today to let the owners know it “expects this to be cleared.”
A spokeswoman said: “We do expect that any disruption to the neighbours must be kept to a minimum while they are undertaking this work.
“If anyone sees flytipping anywhere in the borough please do report it online at www.crawley.gov.uk”
The pictures show piles of rubbish in the front garden, with plastic bags, old wooden planks and discarded clothes within the piles.
An overflowing skip has also been seen in front of the house, with full black bin bags and old boxes.
