A proper village pub ‘on the pond’ – just ten minutes east of Brighton is The Plough Inn Rottingdean, the postcard picture village dates back to Saxon times and is steeped in the history of Sussex smugglers and pirates.

The Brighton pub has been part of the local community for decades and was the founding pub of the Golden Lion Group. Serving tasty Thai food Monday to Friday at lunch from 12pm – 2.15 pm and from 5.30pm – 9.30 pm in the evenings. Food is available all day on Saturdays from 12pm – 9.30 pm.
