United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty is launching a new flagship office in Wimbledon, cementing its recent strategic expansion into South-West London.
This is the business’s seventh location in London and eighth in the United Kingdom, including its Cobham base.
The Wimbledon outpost follows the recent launches of the firm’s Kensington branch and the One Hyde Park showroom. The new office will mainly cover Fulham, Wandsworth, Putney, Barnes, Wimbledon, Clapham and the Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames.
Experienced agents at the new branch include James Morrison, Sam Sproston, James Williams, Peter Norgrove, Alex Philo, Drew Zendra, Robert Sanderson, along with Tacita Rolls.
George Azar, Chairman & CEO of Dubai, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia Sotheby’s International Realty, commented: “We relaunched two years ago with the aim of disrupting London’s super-prime property market – and I’m incredibly proud to say we’ve established ourselves as a formidable presence, with seven flagship offices opened across the capital, a rapidly expanding team of the industry’s finest, and a series of record-breaking transactions to our name.
“Our new Wimbledon office, launched in response to the growing appeal of London’s village-like enclaves, marks yet another milestone in our journey. We remain committed to our mission, driven to push the envelope and redefine the standards of excellence in the industry.”
