Fine & Country has strengthened its presence in South Dorset after the company issued a new license for an office in Poundbury, Dorchester, complimenting the brand’s other branches in Portland and Swanage.

Fine & Country South Dorset’s territory spans from Swanage to Bridport, down to Portland, and up towards Sherborne and Sturminster Newton, covering an estimated 50,000 properties and serving a population of approximately 200,000 people.

The new team will be comprised of eight experienced sales staff across the three offices, led by McNulty. “Joining an international brand gives us enormous scope for growth personally, professionally, and for the business,” McNulty added. “We’re excited to bring our modern marketing approach, strong communication, and traditional service ethos to a wider, more premium audience.”

Shay McNulty, head of sales for Fine & Country South Dorset, said: “We feel that the Fine & Country brand complements our core business perfectly. By combining our local experience with the international branding and marketing power of Fine & Country, we’re confident in filling a gap in the upper quartile of the market here in South Dorset.”

Jonathan Handford, interim managing director of Fine & Country, has welcomed the new licence:

“With such a diverse and dynamic territory, we are confident they will bring exceptional service to clients across the region and further elevate the Fine & Country brand,” he said.
