Andrews Property Group expands executive team with three key additions

Andrews Property Group has announced the addition of three existing senior leaders to its executive team.
The additions of Alex Tan, group sales director, Angharad Trueman, group lettings director, and Neil Glendinning, head of risk and compliance to the executive team recognise their significant contributions to the group.
Tan, who was promoted to group sales director in January, has plenty experience working in the estate agency division, having been with Andrews for over 10 years.
Trueman, who recently completed her year as president of ARLA Propertymark, joins the executive team whilst continuing as group lettings director.

Glendinning has been added to the executive team in recognition of his vital work as head of risk and compliance.
These additions build upon the executive restructure announced earlier this year, which saw David Powell become CEO, Simon Cheetham take on the role of chief purpose officer, and Jonathan Poole become CFO.
Powell commented: “I’m delighted to welcome Alex, Angharad, and Neil to the executive team. Their addition recognises the exceptional contribution they’ve already made to our turnaround success and ensures we have the right leadership structure in place for our next phase of growth. Having worked closely with each of them, I know they bring the strategic insight and operational expertise we need to deliver on our ambitious plans whilst maintaining the values and standards that define Andrews Property Group.”
Ombudsman and CEO confirmed in roles

Lesley Horton has been appointed as The Property Ombudsman and Andy Clachers as CEO of the organisation after interim spells in the roles.
Horton and Clachers took up their new roles in February 2025 with an ambitious change programme looking at streamlining the casework journey, greater government outreach and developing a new website and customer forms.
Horton spent much of her career in legal regulatory roles at the Solicitors Regulation Authority and a global compliance role at a FTSE 100 company.
She also sits on The Bar Standards Board and previously sat on the ethics and integrity panel of the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria.
Clachers spent 17 years in leadership roles in financial services, for both AXA and Standard Life in Asia, before returning to his roots in Scotland as a regional managing director at Belvoir Group.
Claire Bassett, chair of The Property Ombudsman, said: “The Board have been impressed by the significant improvement made within the organisation in recent months.
“Together with increased external presence at conferences and meetings with key stakeholders and members, the positive impact is encouraging as TPO continues improving its customer journey.”
Andrew Harvey promoted to managing director South Central Midlands

Vistry has announced the appointment of Andrew Harvey as the new managing director of its South Central Midlands division.
Harvey has been a key member of the regional land team for Vistry over the past five years, bringing extensive experience in the housebuilding sector. He previously worked at Barratt and David Wilson Homes.
Andrew’s promotion to MD has resulted in several internal moves, with Mark Jones taking the role of commercial director and Michael Feenan becoming the head of land.
James Warrington, executive chair at Vistry Group, said: “He [Harvey] has shown great ambition and talent over the past five years, and this puts him in an ideal position to lead one of Vistry’s key regions. He is inheriting a superb team and exciting developments both in the pipeline and under construction which will provide thousands of mixed-tenure homes across the region.”
