Liberty Rock hires Paul Finch of Beauchamp Estates
Liberty Rock has appointed Paul Finch of Beauchamp Estates as new managing director of its real estate division.
Finch joins Liberty Rock Property, which specialises in off-market transactions, development consultancy and strategic acquisitions, having spent the past nine years working at Beauchamp Estates, initially as a senior sales negotiator, rising to director and head of new homes.
Finch has worked with private clients and has advised a range of leading developers and real estate investors at CEO level including Reuben Brothers, Caudwell, REDD Real Estate, Berkeley Homes, Amazon Property Group, Aerium and Oakmayne Properties.
He said: “The ultra-prime property sector is seeing the long-term decline in traditional high-street estate agency, replaced by dynamic wealth advisory firms like Liberty Rock and digitally driven boutique agents. Alongside this the development finance sector is undergoing a significant shift with high street banks being replaced by private family offices and individuals as the key source of real estate funding for both single and multi-unit projects.
“I have huge admiration for Scott-havard Williams and his colleagues and Liberty Rock is expanding quickly and is ideally positioned to take advantage of these changes.”
Scott-havard Williams, CEO and group director at Liberty Rock, commented: “We have been expanding rapidly and see significant growth opportunities with Paul at the helm of our real estate division.”
