With major legislative and technological changes on the horizon, event organisers are calling on landlords, property investors and property professionals across the UK to attend its National Landlord Investment Show in London next month to help prepare for significant reforms in the private rental sector (PRS).
From the Renters’ Rights Bill to Making Tax Digital and the Rent For Good initiative, the sector is facing a transformative period that demands awareness, education, and action, according to the team promoting the National Landlord Investment Show, which is taking place in 9 July at Old Billingsgate in central London.
Organisers say that this one-day event will be their biggest and most dynamic show to date, with expert-led education and a hub to provide property professionals with the knowledge, support, and community needed to prepare for the sector’s future.
The event is free to attend, with free registration required to secure a spot.
“The era of the so-called ‘amateur landlord’ is behind us and with good reason,” said Tracey Hanbury, co-founder of the National Landlord Investment Show. “Steve Hanbury and I [co-founder] founded this event in 2013 to empower landlords with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed and be professionals within the sector. Now, more than a decade later, our mission remains the same: to help landlords and anyone involved in providing housing stay informed, educated, and connected.”
Backed by a strong theory of change, the summer spectacular show’s theme emphasises the importance of education as the first step in adapting to evolving changes within the PRS. Understanding legislative, economic, and technological shifts is essential for maintaining and building a sustainable and successful property business in today’s market. The event will feature:
Opportunities to connect with 100+ property service providers
Free access to 50+ seminars led by top property professionals
5 expert panel debates tackling the biggest opportunities and challenges within the PRS
A dedicated Landlord & Property Education Hub with exclusive insights and resources to support your journey well beyond the show itself
