Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana is firing up the ovens for its Brighton debut this Saturday (June 14), marking the pizzeria’s first location on the South Coast.
Rudy’s will take over a spot on Brighton’s Jubilee Street, previously occupied by Indian restaurant Chili Pickle which moved to a new location in The Lanes in January.
The branch will be the chain’s 32nd site, with pizzerias already established in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle and London.

The pizzeria promises “signature soft and airy pizzas, cooked in just 60 seconds using the finest ingredients imported direct from Naples, the birthplace of pizza”.
“Thousands of local pizza lovers” have already secured themselves a free pizza through the Rudy’s Pizza on Us giveaway, which sees 3,000 free pizzas given to Rudy’s fans who sign up.
From the “much-loved Margherita to the fiery Calabrese, plus ever-changing rotating specials”, Rudy’s will be dishing up a selection of Italian classics, alongside Italian spritzes, Italian Poretti lager, their own speciality Orancello and stirred cocktails such as Negronis and Limoncello Spritzes.
The branch will have a “laid-back, industrial interior” and space for 160 diners.
Rudy’s Managing Director Neal Bates said: “We’re so excited to open our doors in Brighton this week.
“This is a huge moment for us; our first pizzeria on the South Coast, in a city that shares our love of great food, great energy, and great people.”
