Gillingham have agreed a deal with MEMS Power Generation to return as main shirt sponsors.
MEMS, run by lifelong club fan Colin Jarvis, take over from construction company Bauvill as the front-of-shirt sponsors from the start of the 2025/26 season.
Gillingham’s new kits are expected to be unveiled towards the end of this week.
MEMS were already the club’s main sponsor and have long been backers of the club.
A Gills statement said: “This next step in the partnership ensures that the MEMS name will once again be front and centre on both first-team and replica kits.
“The agreement reflects MEMS continued support for the club, its supporters, and the wider community.”
Company chairman Mr Jarvis said: “It’s a real source of pride to see MEMS returning to the front of the Gillingham shirts.
“I’ve supported the club all my life. My first job was selling peanuts at the ground in 1959, so continuing this sponsorship means a great deal to me personally and to everyone at MEMS.”
Gills chairman Brad Galinson said: “What an absolute honour to be working once again with such a distinguished national company.
“Colin and Glen (Jarvis) are deeply respected partners.
“We owe them much and we welcome MEMS Power Generation back as our front-of-shirt sponsor.”
The club added: “MEMS Power Generation remains committed to supporting Gillingham FC and the local community.
“The return to the front-of-shirts reflects a shared history and a continued focus on partnership, loyalty, and progress, on and off the pitch.”
MEMS have their offices a short distance from Gillingham’s ground at Beechings Way in Gillingham.
The company, which deliver temporary power through generators, was founded in 1978 in Gillingham and has over 120 employees across two key locations. Their northern depot is in Derbyshire.
Gillingham recently agreed a deal with C&A Building Products for the back-of-shirt sponsorship.
Gills’ commercial manager Sophie Harding said: “This continued partnership with a respected local business highlights their strong commitment to the club and community, and we’re proud to have them backing us both on and off the pitch.’’
