Rosie Rickett returns to Cheshire to take on senior Savills role

Savills has strengthened its residential sales team in Cheshire with the appointment of Rosie Rickett, who takes on the role of head of office at Savills Chester, based on Lower Bridge Street in the city.
Rickett, who now lives in Malpas, joined Savills in 2019 and initially spent three years working across the region’s sales market. In 2022, she moved to London with the firm where her role has been dedicated to selling prime country houses. Alongside this role, Rickett is also a key member of the Savills equestrian team, specialising in selling everything from small paddocks to vast country estates, and from livery yards to equestrian centres.
Charlie Kannreuther, who has been instrumental in leading the Savills residential sales team in Chester since 2012 will still hold a key role in the region, specialising in the sale of country houses across Cheshire, the North West and the wider North of England, with Cheshire as his base. Rosie will be supported by an experienced team including Pauline Kay who has over 25 years’ experience in selling property across Chester and surrounding villages, and Jamie Bradshaw who specialises in selling property on the Wirral.
Rickett said: “To be given the opportunity to lead such a high performing and experienced team in the part of the world where I grew up is a huge privilege. Under Charlie’s leadership, our Chester office has been instructed on many of the area’s finest properties and I look forward to working with him and the team to continue to build on this.”
Cameron Ewer, head of residential sales in the North West of England, added: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Charlie for his outstanding contribution as head of the Chester office and residential team for more than a decade, whilst congratulating Rosie on her richly deserved new role and welcoming her back to her home county.
“Rosie has recently graduated from one of Savills internal management programmes for maximising potential, aimed at our future leaders, which makes this a particularly exciting appointment. I have no doubt that Rosie will work closely with Charlie and rest of the experienced Chester team to continue to build on the strong reputation that they have established over the years and ensure the service we provide our clients remains best in class.”
