Steet.co.uk, the CRM platform, has launched a strategic integration with Goodlord, with a view to simplifying lettings management.
Street’s integration with Goodlord allows agents to instantly share property, landlord, and tenant data between platforms.
Heather Staff, co-founder of Street Group, said: “Agents need tools that talk to each other. This integration does exactly that – creating a streamlined, end-to-end lettings process across the systems agents already use and trust. We’re removing friction from the day-to-day and helping agents deliver a faster, more professional experience for their clients.”
Through the integration, tenancy and property data entered in Street is instantly pulled into Goodlord. Once a tenancy has been progressed and executed in Goodlord, the tenancy documents are automatically synced back to the relevant record in Street, creating a closed-loop system that keeps everything accurate and up to date.
“Street.co.uk’s values align very much with our own in terms of creating the best possible rental experience for all stakeholders,” said Goodlord’s group commercial and partnerships director, Costas Frangeskou.
“Integrating with Street.co.uk means our joint customers can now manage every aspect of their operation, from winning new landlords to collecting and paying out rent, and everything in between,” he added. “Knowing we’re both supporting them with compliance and an overall reduction in running costs will empower them to focus on gaining market share.”
