Yesterday (May 1), voters across Dartford went to the polls to choose their next county councillors.
Thomas Mallon was declared the winner after today’s (May 2) count at Dartford Civic Centre and will continue as the Reform UK representative for Swanscombe & Greenhithe.
The total number of votes for Swanscombe & Greenhithe was 3,649, with Mallon winning 1,245 votes.
Ballots were verified from 10am today with counting beginning just after 11.40am at Dartford Civic Centre.
Polling stations were open from 7am until 10pm yesterday.
This result means Reform UK have maintained their seat in Swanscombe & Greenhithe.
