Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a 74-year-old woman who has been reported missing from her home in Cardiff. Janet Trinick was last seen at around 9.30am on Wednesday, May 7, on Carisbrooke Way in the Penylan area.

She has not been seen since and has been reported missing by her family. Janet is described as being approximately 5ft 3in tall. She was last seen wearing a blue coat and brown trousers, South Wales Police said in an appeal.

A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: “Janet Trinick, 74, has been reported as missing by family. She was last seen today, Wednesday May 7, at 9.30am on Carisbrooke Way, Penylan, Cardiff.
