CW Lettings has officially opened the doors to its brand new office in the heart of Darlington, expanding its North East presence and bringing its full suite of lettings, property management and investment services to the town.
The Duke Street office marks the second high street office for the business, which was founded by property duo Jamie McDonald and James Harding. Their first branch is located in Stoke-on-Trent, but the pair has spent the past four years helping investors in the North East through their company, HMC Property Group.
The move has already created two new jobs locally, with the team expected to grow further over the coming months.
Harding, co-founder of CW Lettings, said: “We’ve been investing in Darlington and the surrounding area for four years now, so opening an office here feels like a natural step. As a landlord myself, I’ve been on the other side of the lettings process and know exactly what clients want – responsive communication, well-managed maintenance and a personal touch. That’s what we aim to deliver every day.”
