Dexters has completed its third acquisition in just under a month, with the purchase of north-west London estate agency Cubes Residential.
Last week, Dexters announced the acquisition of well-respected east-London based estate agent Keatons, along with local south London estate agent James Alexander in Norbury, but there was no mention of Cube Residential.
EYE can exclusively reveal that a deal to buy Cubes Residential in Hendon, NW4, was also completed last week.
The rapidly growing London-based estate agency will be rebranding the Cubes Residential shop and it will soon be trading as Dexters, while the domain name of the Cubes Residential website will point to the Dexters platform within the next few days.
Recent acquisitions plus the opening of two new Dexters offices in Surbiton and Canada Water have enlarged the group’s portfolio of local high street London offices by 11 in just one month.
Dexters has not yet publicly announced the acquisition of Cubes Residential, which covers the market in Hendon, Golders Green, Finchley, Temple Fortune, Cricklewood, Mill Hill, Colindale, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Edgeware and surrounding areas. However, EYE has been informed by a well-placed source that the purchase has been completed with key members of staff already informed.
The Dexters group, chaired by former Sainsbury’s CEO Justin King CBE and led by Shepherd, now operates more than 180 offices across London, managing over 48,000 landlords and serving more than 200,000 buyers and tenants actively seeking homes in London.
Dexters has been approached for comment.
