Joel was last seen leaving an address in Armytage Road in Hounslow around 1pm on March 21.
It is then thought that he travelled to Bromley by public transport and may have links with the area.
The boy is described by police as slim with black hair, last seen wearing a black Nike hat, blue Adidas tracksuit with a black jacket and navy blue sliders.
Anyone with information about Joel’s whereabouts is asked to call 101 and quote the reference 5762/23Mar.
