The Coffee Pod at the family-run Old Barn garden centre in Dial Post, near Horsham, has introduced a new deli range.
The new menu includes freshly-baked pastries, handmade quiches, made-to-order sandwiches, sausage rolls, pasties and other savoury treats.
The Coffee Pod has also added salads and desserts, including cheesecakes and mousses.
Branch manager Paul Smythe said: “We are thrilled to introduce our brand-new food offering.
“Whether you are after a light bite or a hearty meal, we have got something for you on the new menu and you can be sure that it is fresh and wholesome.”
The Coffee Pod has also said it will cater for dietary requirements, such as vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Karin Reigner, Old Barn’s coffee shop manager, said: “We have long been known for great coffee, produced by our highly-trained baristas who create the perfect, freshly-brewed cup.
“Now we are very excited by the launch of the new great food selection.”
The new food range has been well received by customers, with many taking to social media to praise the new menu.
One customer said: “Lovely venue to visit either for lunch or coffee and cake.”
Another said: “We sit in the pod with our grandchildren and doggie, so this addition is very welcome.”
A third added: “A large selection of pasties, salads and scrumptious cakes are all beautifully presented – well done.”
