Police discovered a ninja star weapon after a vehicle ploughed into a wall and suspects fled.
Officers spotted a suspicious vehicle pulling into Church Road, Ashford at about midnight on Tuesday.

But on further investigation, they found it had crashed into a wall and the occupants had fled the scene.
A police spokesman said: “Ashford CCTV then circulated a description of a male wearing a grey tracksuit running into a nearby street, where he placed an item in the passenger side of a parked van.
“A second male was also identified in the vehicle, on the driver’s side.
“Officers conducted a search of the area and swiftly found the man in Magazine Road, Ashford.
“He was promptly detained whilst searches of the vehicle were conducted.”
Following the search, a large knife was found in the rear of the vehicle along with a ninja star weapon, scales and grinders and laundry bags containing a large amount of cannabis plants.
“Both men were then arrested on suspicion to supply cannabis, possession of weapons and having no insurance on either vehicle.
Both suspects have since been bailed while inquiries continue.
