Thistles & Tykes, a role-play village, has announced it will be opening in April.
The venue aims to provide a safe, engaging, and vibrant environment for young children to explore, play, and socialise.
Thistles & Tykes is designed to provide families with a modern take on soft play with pastel colours, award-winning coffee and cakes, and Instagrammable touch points.
The role-play village features a mixture of activities including a slide and mini obstacle courses for children of walking age up to seven years old.
It also includes mini-themed rooms that offer immersive play experiences for younger children.
Themed rooms include environments such as a mini supermarket, vet, and laundrette, where children can role-play and use their imagination.
As well as entertainment for the children, the venue hopes to be a place where parents can relax.
Amanda Bishop, the founder of Thistles & Tykes, said: “We are thrilled to bring Thistles & Tykes to Renfrew.
“As a mum of a toddler myself, I spend a lot of time in soft plays and trying to find ways to entertain my son, and I felt there was a real gap in the market for a role-play village that the kids will love but also that looks really nice and is a cute place for parents to hang out in and get a really nice cake and coffee.
“The aim is to create a really welcoming space where children can grow, learn, and play in a safe and stimulating environment.
“We understand the importance of community and family-friendly offerings, and we’re proud to offer a unique experience that both children and parents will love.”
