Jamie Christopher Middleton, 37, of Felpham Road, Bognor Regis, was committed
to prison for a term of 14 weeks, suspended for two years, after admitting to breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to attend a planned appointment on January 2, 2025, and by behaving unacceptably during a planned appointment on February 13, 2025.
He was originally given the suspended sentence for the offence of causing, permitting or failing to prevent unnecessary suffering under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, relating to incidents on September 24, 2023 and October 25, 2023.
He must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. No order for costs was made due to limited means.
Aaron Dieter Paul Williams, 34, of Kilnmead Close, Crawley, was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 in costs for breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on August 28, 2024, and September 4, 2024.

Adam Burgess, 31, of Battle Road, St Leonards, was committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, after breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on November 30, 2024 and February 1, 2025. He admitted the breach, and the community order was revoked.
The community order was originally imposed for driving with an excess amount of cannabis in his blood, possessing cannabis, and carrying a knuckle duster on February 10, 2023, at Russell Street, Hastings.
He must participate in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity, in any activity as required by the responsible officer.
Mia Keegan, 21, of The Diplocks, Hailsham, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on February 4, 2025, and February 6, 2025. The order was made more onerous by adding an additional five hours of unpaid work.
Peter Paul, 41, of no fixed address, was committed to prison for a term of three months, suspended for two years, after admitting to breaching a community requirement of a suspended sentence order, by failing to comply with the Building Better Relationships programme.
The suspended sentence order was originally imposed for offences including intentional strangulation and assault by beating on September 9, 2022, at Bushey in Hertfordshire. He must pay £85 in costs.
Lee Wilton-Smith, 19, of Catsfield Close, St Leonards, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on November 23, 2024, January 4, 2025, and January 11, 2025. The order was varied by adding an additional 10 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £85 in costs.
