In the video, Francis said: “I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’ve bought a train.
“It’s a Glasgow subway power car.”
The train enthusiast then shows his viewers around the subway carriage – which many Glaswegians have most likely travelled in.

He added: “Glasgow Subway has recently retired their charming old fleet and with nowhere for them to go, they would otherwise be ripped to shreds.
“But this one, amongst many others, has been saved and will be finding their new home soon.”
In the clip, Francis then pretended to drive the carriage as it was being pulled along to be lifted onto the back of a lorry.
However, he then hilariously said: “In preparation for mine being lifted, I noticed that some of the cushions had a mature urine smell, which I suppose adds to its character.”
