Nestled in the heart of Hove, Oeuf has quickly become a fan favourite – to such an extent that it is now booked up every weekend for the foreseeable future.
Oeuf Café Hove is located on Third Avenue, which is just a stone’s throw away from Hove seafront.
The café first opened its doors in September 2020 and has seen great success ever since.
For example, this weekend (Saturday March 14) the café has no remaining availability for bookings apart from one spot left at 3.30pm at the time of writing.
Mother’s Day, which is approaching in the next couple of weeks (Sunday March 28) is also fully booked.

Oeuf has managed to create a menu that appeals to all tastes and dietary preferences.
The menu offers more traditional breakfast options as well as some decadent brunch options – such as their trademark ‘Frumpet’, a stack of three French toast battered crumpets.
In terms of the interior, it is bright and open usually painted in a pastel colour, and often changes its decor with the season.
Oeuf is also dog friendly which adds to its neighbourhood appeal.
The cafe offers shaded seating in their garden and at the front of the building.
Amber Sterck, the owner of the restaurant, brings extensive hospitality experience and a keen eye for what makes a successful café.
Since the launch of Oeuf, she has expanded by opening the nearby Bayon Bakery which is located near Hove Station.
