Ramsgate moved a step closer to the Isthmian South East title on Saturday.
Ben Smith’s side won 5-0 at Lancing after two goals in as many first-half minutes from Benny Bioletti and Jay Leader were added to by Alfie Paxman’s brace and Joe Taylor in a six-minute second-half spell.

Ramsgate are now 10 points clear having played a game more than second-placed Sittingbourne, who lost ground following a 1-0 reverse at play-off chasing Merstham.
Lee Lewis scored the winner on 34 minutes while the Brickies had Joe Boachie red-carded in stoppage time as they suffered a second successive away league reverse.
It means Ramsgate need five wins from their last seven games to secure the title.

Margate ran out 4-1 winners at home to Littlehampton Town.
