Joel was last seen at around 5.50pm on Tuesday (March 11), prompting the Metropolitan Police to release a missing appeal.
The young boy is believed to be wearing a black puffer coat and roller blades, the force said.
He is pictured wearing a black puffer jacket and a Nike cap.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, quoting reference CAD 7858/11MAR25 or 01/7255623/25.
