Emergency services attended, but Amen was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

(Image: Imaged by Mike Boyd/PA Wire) The vigil – which was organised by Amen’s friends and family – was held around 3pm this afternoon at Danes Drive Park, next to Kingsway Flats.
Those in attendance were seen releasing blue balloons and placed flowers on a nearby bench in the area.
Those looking on were visibly upset as they honoured the late schoolboy.

He is set to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, March 10.

Amen, who was a pupil at St Thomas Aquinas Secondary in Jordanhill, was described as being a “role model to others” by a youth support worker and other tributes poured in on social media hailing Amen as a “funny and bright” boy.
Amen’s family and friends are being supported by specially trained officers at this difficult time.

“Our investigation continues and I would ask anyone, who may have information which could help us and who has not yet come forward, to please contact us.”
Superintendent Christopher Stewart added: “We are continuing to support Amen’s family and continue to engage with the local community affected by this incident.
“There will continue to be a visible policing presence in the area and I would urge anyone with questions or concerns to approach a local officer – they are there to help.”
