Officers received a report of voyeurism in the Jamaica Street area of the city centre shortly after 9pm on Wednesday, March 5.
First Bus has since confirmed the disturbing incident occurred on one of its Service 57 buses.
The travel operator said a man was removed from the bus and cops were then called.
Police have since revealed an investigation into the incident is underway.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.10pm on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, we received a report of voyeurism in the Jamaica Street area of Glasgow.
“Officers attended and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
A First Bus spokesperson said: “We can confirm an incident occurred on one of our Service 57 buses on Jamaica Street last night at around 9pm.
“A male passenger was removed from the bus and the police were called.
“We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to our passengers.”
