The work will affect trains on March 1 and March 2.
We have compiled all the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this weekend.
Saturday (March 1):
Engineering work is taking place between Grove Park and Bromley North, closing all lines.
Trains between Grove Park and Bromley North will not run.
Replacement buses will run between Grove Park and Bromley North, calling at Sundridge Park.
Sunday (March 2):
Engineering work is taking place between Ashford International and Ramsgate via Canterbury West, closing some lines.
Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate via Canterbury West will only run between London Victoria and Ashford International.
These trains are running to and from London Victoria because of further engineering work.
Trains between London St Pancras International and Margate via Canterbury West will only run between London St Pancras International and Ashford International.
Replacement buses will run between:
Ashford International and Canterbury West non stop
Ashford International and Canterbury West calling at all stations
Canterbury West and Margate calling at Ramsgate and Broadstairs
Canterbury West and Ramsgate calling at all stations
Engineering work is also taking place between Dartford, Gravesend, Strood and Maidstone West, closing various lines.
Highspeed via Gravesend: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Faversham will only run between London St Pancras International and Ebbsfleet International.
Sidcup Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Gravesend will not run.
Trains which usually only run between London Charing Cross and Dartford will run normally.
Medway Valley Line: Trains between Paddock Wood and Strood will only run between Paddock Wood and Maidstone West.
Replacement buses will run between:
Ebbsfleet International and Strood calling at Gravesend only
Dartford and Gravesend calling at all stations
Dartford and Gillingham calling at all stations except Higham
Gravesend and Maidstone West calling at all stations except Higham
Gravesend and Strood calling at Higham (minibus)
Engineering work is also taking place between Hither Green and Petts Wood, closing all lines.
Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate and Dover Priory via Tonbridge will be diverted to run to and from London Victoria.
Trains between London Victoria and Ramsgate via Canterbury West will only run between London Victoria and Ashford International because of further engineering work.
Hastings Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Hastings will be retimed and diverted via an alternative route between London Bridge and Orpington.
Grove Park Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Sevenoaks will be diverted via an alternative route and will run non-stop between Hither Green and Petts Wood.
Replacement buses will run between:
Lewisham and Orpington calling at all stations
