The well-known brand is hoping to install bright signage at 61 Buchanan Street – which was previously home to Glasgow-founded fashion brand Ted Baker.

They also asked the council to make internal and external alterations to the building.

New Balance submitted the proposal on Friday, February 14 and the council are expected to decide on it in April this year.
