Today, a yellow weather warning for rain is place for the entire county until 6am tomorrow, with the Met Office warning spells of heavy rain could lead to some flooding during Sunday and Monday.
On Monday, a yellow weather warning for wind will come into effect from 6am and ends at 6am on Tuesday.
The forecaster warned strong and gusty winds may bring some disruption.
Strong winds are expected across the UK over the coming days, particularly in the south 🌬️

What to expect?
The Met Office said:
- It’s likely that some coastal routes, sea fronts and coastal communities will be affected by spray and/or large waves
- Some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely
- Some short term loss of power and other services is possible
- Delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges likely
“A period of strong and gusty southwesterly winds is likely to affect southern parts of England and Wales through Monday and at first on Tuesday,” the Met Office said.
“Gusts to 60 or 70 mph are possible near the coast, with gusts of 50mph possible inland. Winds will gradually ease from the west on Tuesday morning.”
