Officers first tried stopping a Ford Mustang GT near the M2 on Monday (January 20) as it appeared to be uninsured.
But it is alleged the driver continued onto the motorway despite police flashing their lights, indicating for him to stop.
The car then left at junction 5 and returned to the Londonbound carriageway, with the chase continuing onto the A2 and later the Dartford Crossing.
From here, the driver was arrested and the car was searched, with suspected cocaine and around £135 in cash seized.
Miran Mirlshari, from South Tottenham, was charged on Tuesday (January 21) with possession with intent to supply a class A drug; failing to stop when directed by a constable and three other driving offences.
The 33-year-old has been remanded in custody to appear before a crown court at a later date.
