Officers from the Metropolitan Police responded to the incident at 12.35pm on January 15 in High Street.
At the scene, a 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of points and blades after he was seen to drop a knife whilst in the street.
After being searched, he was further arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

The 25-year-old was taken into custody but has since been bailed.
A spokesperson for the Met said: “On Wednesday, 15 January at around 12:35hrs a 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of points and blade after he was seen to drop a knife in High Street, Bromley.
“After a search he was further arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.”
