Japanese Breakfast, famous for tunes like Be Sweet and Boyish, will be playing at the Barrowland Ballroom in the East End of the city.

The gig will take place on Monday, June 30.
Tickets for the group’s show – which is led by frontwoman Michelle Zauner – will go on sale at 10am on Friday, January 10.

The show will follow the release of the group’s upcoming album, For Melancholy Brunettes (& sad women), which is due to come out on March 21.

The album comes after a rather transformative period in Zauner’s life during which the group’s last record, Jubilee, was twice nominated for a Grammy and her memoir, Crying In H Mart, became a bestseller.
