Series three of the intense reality show, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, began on Wednesday (January 1).
The game of “detection, backstabbing and trust” sees contestants given roles as either ‘the Traitors’ or ‘the Faithful’ as they battle it out to win the cash pot at the end of the series.
The original 25 contestants, taking part in series three, became 21 after just the first episode.
Jack, Alexander and Fozia left the train before it even made it to the castle as part of the first challenge.
Yin then became the first ‘murder victim’ of The Traitors series three.
Last night’s (Thursday, January 2) episode saw a further three contestants eliminated.
Nathan and Elen became the first two contestants to be banished from the third series of The Traitors.
Before the three traitors – Linda, Minah and Armani – later decided to murder Keith because they thought it would ‘shock’ the group and upset players.
Who was banished from The Traitors in episode 3?
‘The Faithful’ successfully banished their first Traitor on Friday’s episode, with Armani receiving nine out of a possible 18 votes at the roundtable.
Kasim and Freddie also received multiple votes, but it was Armani who the group in the end unanimously decided to banish.
Upon revealing she was a Traitor, the group burst into celebration, apart from Maia – Armani’s sister who was clearly left shocked by the reveal and the fact she would be losing her sibling from the show.
It was then time for the remaining Traitors – Linda and Minah – to decide on who would be the next ‘murder victim’ out of:
- Charlotte
- Freddie
- Jake
- Kasim
- Maia
- Minah
