Engineering work is taking place between Swanley and Rochester, closing all lines very early on Friday morning.
The 12.40am train from London Victoria to Gillingham will be retimed to start at 12.42am, and will be diverted non-stop to Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham.
The 12.25am train from London Victoria to Ashford International will be retimed to 12.40am and call as booked.
A replacement bus will leave Swanley at 1.15am, calling to stop at Farningham Road, Longfield, Meopham, Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham only.
