The closures, part of essential maintenance works, will take place nightly from today (December 16), through to Friday, December 20, between 9pm and 5.30am.
Diversions will be in place, but delays are expected as drivers navigate alternative routes during the festive rush.
The Dartford Crossing, previously known as the Dartford Tunnel until 1991, is a major road crossing over the River Thames in England.
It connects Dartford in Kent (south) to Thurrock in Essex (north) via the A282 road.
