Kooble, formerly known as 5pm, has been taken over by Wowcher.
The bookings website, which was one of the first in Scotland to sell discount vouchers for restaurants, hotels, and spa treatments, went into administration in August.
The collapse came a year after it rebranded as Kooble from 5pm.co.uk and relaunched as a platform co-owned by hospitality operators.
It is understood that the move resulted in the loss of 27 jobs.
Now, it has been confirmed that Wowcher, the second largest British e-commerce ‘deal of the day’ site, has ‘acquired certain assets’ from 5pm Ltd.

The company will be launching a new site under the 5pm brand in the coming weeks and says it is ‘excited to reinvigorate the fantastic brand’.
A Wowcher spokesperson said: “Wowcher are delighted to confirm that we have acquired certain assets from 5pm Limited after the business entered administration.
“We look forward to launching a new site under the 5pm brand in the next few weeks and are excited to reinvigorate this fantastic brand to deliver a wide range of offers to Scottish consumers from some of the best Scottish merchants.”
