Matt has been in real estate for 65 years, Jan for 51 years and Jerry for 30 years. Together they have an incredible 146 years of combined experience in real estate.

Matthew Doetsch, Sr. began his career in real estate in 1942 and started Doetsch Realty in 1948. His son Matt became a broker in 1959 and joined the business. Doetsch Realty merged with Koenig & Strey in 2009. Over the years, the focus of the business was residential though they did some commercial leasing as well.
Jerry Doetsch, who has his managing brokers license, has earned numerous professional and personal awards including being named Glenview’s Citizen of the Year in 2019 and Glenview Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year in 2016. He is a past President of the Glenview Chamber of Commerce and the Optimist Club of Glenview. The team was voted the “2022 Glenbrook Readers’ Choice Winner” for Best Real Estate Broker & Best Commercial Agent. They ranked among Homesnap’s Top 5% Agent Award for the first half of 2022. In 2021, they were named to Crain’s Chicago Business Notable Real Estate Brokers list.
